Daniel Lu

Daniel Lu is an experienced software developer and business intelligence professional with a focus on automating processes and data visualization. Currently at Cervus Equipment since February 2021, Daniel develops systems to enhance efficiency in payroll, accounting, and sales, and creates Power BI dashboards for IT services and operations. Previously, as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Pacific Western Transportation Ltd from October 2018 to September 2020, Daniel generated KPI visualization dashboards and wrote complex SQL queries to handle data integration. Daniel's career began at Tervita Corporation, where from October 2011 to September 2018, a role as BI Developer/Analyst involved designing data analytics and visualization dashboards while ensuring data quality for various departments. Daniel holds a Diploma in Programmer/Analyst Internet Solutions Development from CDI College and a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
