Barry Catterton

Barry Catterton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and management in the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as Regional Director at CES Consulting LLC since April 2021, Barry leads business development efforts in Maryland. Previous roles include Vice President of Major Contracts at Specialized Engineering and Maryland Regional Director at CES Consulting LLC, where Barry was part of the Leadership Team. Barry's career began at the Maryland State Highway Administration, culminating as Chief of the Asphalt Technology Division, overseeing a team dedicated to quality assurance in asphalt projects. Barry holds an Associate of Arts degree in Engineering from the Community College of Baltimore County and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Potomac College-Washington. Additionally, Barry has served as President of the Crestwood Improvement Association, promoting community growth and collaboration.
