James M. Pasieka

James M. Pasieka is currently the Corporate Secretary at CES Energy Solutions. James has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, including 18 years in investment banking. Prior to joining CES Energy Solutions, they were a Managing Director at Scotiabank Global Banking and Markets, where they advised public and private companies on financing and mergers and acquisitions. James began their career as a Manufacturing Engineer at Celestica Inc., where they worked for five years. James holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto.

James M. Pasieka has an MBA in Finance from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, and a B.A.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto - Engineering.
