Deidra Gorman is an experienced educational professional currently serving as an Equitable Multi-level Systems of Support Consultant at CESA 2 since July 2023. Since September 2016, Deidra has held the position of Regional Technical Assistance Coordinator at the Wisconsin RtI Center. Previous experience includes serving as the Student Services and Equity Coordinator for the Monona Grove School District from August 2012 to September 2016, where Deidra collaborated with school principals and leadership teams on school improvement plans and worked closely with district directors on continuous improvement initiatives. Deidra began their career in education as a teacher for the School District of Janesville from October 2003 to June 2012. Deidra holds an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership and Administration, as well as an MEd in Curriculum and Instruction from National Louis University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
