Sarah Parker

Sarah Parker is a versatile professional in the performing arts and journalism, currently serving as a freelance writer for Dance Media Publications, TheaterMania, and Observer.com since 2021. In addition to writing, Sarah has extensive experience in choreography, particularly in gestural choreography, and has collaborated with spoken word artists since 2019. As a performer, Sarah takes on the role of Mob Leader in the 50th Anniversary National Tour of Jesus Christ Superstar and is affiliated with CESD Talent Agency. Teaching responsibilities include Contemporary and Improv at Joffrey Ballet School and Contemporary Dance at Broadway Dance Center. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Journalism from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Hofstra University.
