Andrea Rosano has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Andrea is currently serving as the Head of Group Rewarding and People Development at CESI SpA since September 2021. Prior to this, Andrea worked at Boehringer Ingelheim for a significant period. From April 2017 to September 2021, they held the role of Compensation & Benefits Manager, overseeing the execution of performance management, compensation, and benefits processes for the company. Before that, they worked as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist from November 2014 to March 2017, providing specialized support in implementing performance management and compensation planning policies. Andrea also served as a Junior HR Business Partner at Boehringer Ingelheim from April 2010 to October 2014, collaborating with senior HR professionals to apply human resources processes for the Prescription Medicines Division and the Chemical Research Company. Andrea started their career as an HR Assistant at Boehringer Ingelheim in November 2006. Andrea also gained recruitment experience at Quanta S.p.A and e-work spa in 2006 and 2005, respectively, where they worked as a recruiter.

Andrea Rosano attended Sapienza Università di Roma from 1999 to 2004. During this time, they pursued a degree in Sociology with a specialization in Economy, Labor, and Organization.
