Carlo Matarasso (MBA) has held various roles throughout their work experience. Carlo started their career at DLR as a Researcher from September 1997 to August 2001. Carlo then worked at Andrew Corporation as a Product Specialist, providing technical support to the Sales team from September 2001 to April 2004. Following this, they joined Selcom Group S.p.A as a Key Account Manager from May 2004 to October 2007. Carlo then moved to Teko Telecom S.p.A, where they served as a Key Account Manager from October 2007 to October 2008. Carlo then joined Elettronica Santerno S.p.A as a Sales Area Manager, specializing in inverter technologies for solar, wind, and industrial applications from November 2008 to September 2011. Currently, Carlo is working at CESI SpA, where they have held a variety of roles. Carlo started as the Area Manager for North & Southern Europe and Turkey from October 2011 to August 2015. Carlo then served as the Head of Proposal & Scheduling from November 2014 to January 2017. Afterwards, they became the Area Manager for Asia & America from February 2017 to May 2020. Currently, Carlo holds the position of Regional Sales Leader at CESI SpA, starting in May 2020.

Carlo Matarasso (MBA) completed their education in a chronological order. Carlo first attended Liceo Scientifico Valeriani di Imola from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained their high school diploma in the field of Liceo Scientifico. Following this, from 1992 to 1997, Carlo pursued their Master's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna. Finally, in 2009 to 2010, they enrolled in Bologna Business School and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus in Master in Business Administration.
