Matthew Holland

Matthew Holland is an accomplished sales professional and team manager with extensive experience in the corporate and esports sectors. Currently serving as a Territory Sales Lead at The Hershey Company, Matthew focuses on executing sales and promotional strategies for major grocery chains. In addition, as an Esport Team Manager for DAMAGE INC., Matthew oversees multiple North American and international teams within a large competitive community. Previous roles include a sales internship at STEM Education Works, fostering connections to enhance STEM education, and an Assistant Event Coordinator position at The Whittaker Inn. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Selling and Sales Management from Purdue University, an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from Elgin Community College, and has received additional training in Engineering Psychology from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
