Nicola Melchiotti

Nicola Melchiotti is the Chief Executive Officer at CESI SpA since June 2024, leading a global industrial group recognized for its innovation and high-value services in the power sector. Prior to this, Nicola served at Enel Group from August 2016 to May 2024, where responsibilities included managing a global customer operations division for 70 million clients and overseeing operations in Argentina as Country Manager. Earlier roles at Enel included leadership in European Public Affairs and Regulation, as well as geographic management in Mexico and Central America. Nicola began a career in strategic consulting at McKinsey & Company and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, along with engineering degrees from CentraleSupélec and Politecnico di Milano.
