Industrial Designer Lead at CesiumAstro

Enrique Sifuentes has a diverse work experience in the field of industrial design and 3D visualization. Enrique currently holds the position of Industrial Designer Lead at CesiumAstro since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a freelance contractor, specializing in developing and visualizing products for Dell, HP, and Microsoft from August 2019 to July 2021.

Before their freelance work, Enrique was employed at Aniden from May 2016 to August 2019, where they served as a 3D Artist and Industrial Designer. Enrique also gained experience as an Industrial Designer and Illustrator from November 2011 to February 2014, and as a 3D Visualization and Boat Designer at Oliver Design SL from June 2005 to November 2011.

Additionally, Enrique has a background in software development with their role at Next Limit Technologies from June 2008 to June 2010, where they were part of the XFlow (computer fluid dynamics) software development team. Enrique contributed to product design, UI/UX GUI design, scripting, programming, and validation of simulation algorithms in the development of the cutting-edge "XFlow" software.

Prior to their position at Next Limit Technologies, they worked at Stabtech Systems as an Industrial Designer, focusing on the design and development of the Benetti-Stabtech system, which involved retractable fins for luxury yachts, including the first prototype for Benetti-Azymut yachts.

Enrique Sifuentes has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004. Then, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Master's degree in Naval Architecture and Engineering, specializing in Yacht Design, at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. Enrique further expanded their expertise by completing an Advanced Studies program in Ocean Engineering, earning a Master's degree from the same university between 2007 and 2009.
