Wayne Phelps has a diverse work experience. Wayne is currently the Director of Business Development at CesiumAstro, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Book Author at Little, Brown and Company, starting in April 2018. From April 2021 to May 2022, they served as the Director of Federal Business Development at Fortem Technologies. Wayne Phelps's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mathematics from Saint Louis University, which they completed from 1993 to 1997. Wayne also completed the USAF remotely piloted aircraft course in 2014, obtaining an aeronautical rating in unmanned aviation. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued a Master's degree in Military Studies at the United States Marine Corps, Command and Staff College (Senior Military Leadership School). Furthermore, they completed various courses in different fields, such as the Joint Air Command and Control Course in 2007, the Joint Firepower Course, Joint Theater Air and Missile Defense Course, the Survive, Evade, Resist, Escape (SERE) School, and Expeditionary Warfare School in 2005. Wayne also completed the Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) Course in 2003, focusing on Air Command and Control.
