Sean K. began their work experience in 1995 at Samsung Aerospace, where they worked in the HQ role until 1998. In 1997, they joined Samsung C&T Corporation as part of the Everland team until 1999. In 1999, Sean K. became the Chief Executive Officer at Cesna - Recruitment experts worldwide.

Sean K. has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Engineering from Dankook University, completed in 1995. Sean then pursued a Master's degree at Hanyang University from 1998 to 1999. Later, Sean K. attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they completed an Executive Education program in Business Administration in 2003.
