Jeff Lancon has extensive work experience in the energy and engineering industries, with a focus on project management and business development. Jeff started their career as a Project Manager at EPI, Inc. / American Polymer Products, Inc. in 1997 and later became the VP of Engineering. In 2005, they joined Siemens Water Technologies as a Project Manager and eventually became the Manager of Project Management, where they oversaw upstream oil and gas water treatment capital projects. At Siemens Energy, Lancon served as a Special Projects Engineer, managing high specification capital projects and mentoring new project managers. Jeff later became a Lead Mechanical Engineer, responsible for facilitating process optimization methods. Lancon's most recent role is with CETCO ENERGY SERVICES, where they have held various positions, including Engineering Fabrication Manager, Director of Engineering and Operations Support, and currently, as the Global Director - Engineering Support and Assets.

Jeff Lancon received their Bachelor's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 1995. Jeff then went on to obtain their Master's of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university in 2000. Jeff also holds the certification of PE (Professional Engineer) in Mechanical Engineering from the Louisiana Professional Engineering & Land Surveying Board.
