Charlotte Bartlett

Charlotte Bartlett has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charlotte worked at Cetera Financial Group as the Director of Human Resources Services and Operations and also as a Human Resources Benefits Manager. In these positions, they designed and implemented health and welfare and retirement plans, managed leave of absence, disability, ergonomics, and workers' compensation programs. Prior to that, they worked at SC Fuels as a Payroll/Benefits Coordinator and Wellness coordinator, where they managed data integrity, processed payroll, administered employee benefit programs, and handled internal leave of absence administration. Charlotte also served on the Board of Directors for the College of Architecture and Environmental Design at ASI, where they were involved in managing the corporation and representing the student body. Charlotte began their career as a Planning Intern at the City of San Luis Obispo Community Development Department.

Charlotte Bartlett received their Bachelor of Science degree in City/Urban, Community, and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Laguna Beach High School from 2003 to 2007. In 2019, they obtained a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
