Jon Williamson

Jon Williamson serves as the Capital Planning Manager at Cetera Financial Group, overseeing an annual capital planning process with a budget ranging from $50 to $100 million. In this role, Jon has led the development of competitive intelligence programs that inform strategic decisions at the board level and improved process efficiencies through automation. Additionally, as a Board Member of the Central Iowa Symphony Orchestra, Jon uses a decade of budget data to enhance operational strategies. Previously, Jon held various strategic roles at Olaplex Inc., including Manager and Associate of Strategic Initiatives, where contributions involved synthesizing consumer insights and aligning organizational strategies.
