Mohand Iberraken

Mohand Iberraken is a System & Network Administrator at CETIC. Mohand previously worked as a Chief Section Inside Network Operation at Proximus from September 2018 to March 2020. There, they were responsible for the backbone operation on the IP/MPLS network, the migration and reconfiguration of Nokia SR for the TITAN Project, monitoring the network, and resolving incidents. Mohand also helped develop internal procedures and worked on the DRS project (Network disaster recovery plan). Before that, they were a Customer Care Supervisor at Proximus from May 2008 to August 2018, where they were responsible for customer relations.

Mohand Iberraken has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from EPHEC. Mohand also has a degree in Network from Proximus Corporate University. Lastly, they have a certification from Fortinet NSE Institute.
