Eric Adler

Eric Adler is the founder and owner of ELG Adler Consulting, which focuses on supporting retail organizations in developing and implementing successful retail concepts and certifications. Prior to this, Eric worked for Inter IKEA Systems, where they led worldwide IKEA Concept reviews and training, developed global store establishment processes, and mentored franchisees in establishing new markets. Eric has also held leadership positions in organizations such as CEV, Danish Dutch Chamber of Commerce, The Hague International Model United Nations (THIMUN) Foundation, and The Sephia Group. Eric has a background in marketing and management, with experience in companies like Dansk Central Agentur A/S and DSC Prepress A/S. Additionally, Eric has served as a member of the Board of Trustees for the American School of The Hague.

Eric Adler attended the University of Rhode Island from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and International Relations.
