Melissa Rodriguez, Customer Service Specialist, is originally from Marfa, TX but calls Lubbock, TX home. Prior to joining iCEV, Rodriguez worked for the State of Texas and has experience as a legal secretary, child support officer, and in customer service.

Rodriguez enjoys the fast-paced atmosphere of customer service and appreciates the teamwork the entire customer service team employs to assist customers in a timely and organized fashion.
