Adam Allmon, SPHR, possesses extensive experience in human resources across various industries. Currently serving as HR Director for North America at Ceva Santé Animale, Adam has held multiple leadership roles at Catalent Pharma Solutions, including Head of Human Resources for Early Phase Development and Regional Human Resources Director. Previous positions also include Director of Human Resources at Catalent and a focus on people strategies at VinSolutions, part of Cox Automotive Inc. Adam's foundation in human resources began at Target, where roles included HR Manager, HR Analytics Consultant, and Senior Compensation Business Partner. Adam's educational background includes a Master's degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Truman State University.
