Haley Jaroski

Haley Jaroski is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and organizational development, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager for North America at Ceva Santé Animale since April 2024. Previously, Haley worked at Catalent Pharma Solutions for seven years, where responsibilities included leading the GOLD Program for organizational leadership development and managing talent acquisition across multiple biologics pharmaceutical manufacturing sites in the U.S. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Recruiting Specialist at Novo Nordisk and as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter with Cielo for Boehringer Ingelheim.
