Ashlee McHugh

Ashlee McHugh is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong background in leading recruitment efforts for both North America and global executive roles. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of North America Talent Acquisition and Global Executive Recruitment at NSF International since October 2020, Ashlee has previously held roles within the organization, including North America Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior experience includes working as a Professional Recruiter at Hire Road, Inc., managing full life-cycle recruiting for technical and professional positions, and contract recruitment roles for NSF International and Cadence Education, Inc. Ashlee began a career in recruitment as an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter, focusing on business development and training junior recruiters. Ashlee holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University.
