Arik Shmayovitsh

Arik Shmayovitsh has extensive work experience in various roles related to technology and engineering. Currently, they serve as the VP R&D at CEVA, Inc., a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Apple as a VLSI Design Manager from December 2013 to June 2021. Before Apple, they served as the Design Verification Manager at CopperGate Communications from May 2009 to December 2013. Arik also held the same role at Entropic Communications from 2007 to 2009. Arik has also worked as an R&D Manager at Cadence from April 2005 to July 2007 and Sr. Engineering Manager at Verisity from July 2003 to April 2005. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Embedded Software Team Lead at GlobespanVirata, Sr. Verification Engineer at Virata, and Verification Engineer at IDF/Intelligence. Arik started their career as a Verification Engineer at IBM.

Arik Shmayovitsh earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, from 1992 to 1996.
