Celso Alonso Cortina is a seasoned professional in logistics and supply chain management, currently serving as Contrats Logistic Operations Automotive Iberia Director at CEVA Logistics since January 2023, overseeing automotive logistics operations across Spain and Portugal with a workforce of over 850. Prior to this, Celso held the position of Logistics/Warehousing & Supply Solutions Director for SW Europe at GEFCO from 2021 to April 2023, managing warehousing activities across Spain, Portugal, and Morocco with a network of 19 sites and a turnover of approximately €60 million. Celso's extensive experience in logistics began at VALEO SERVICES, followed by roles at Kuehne+Nagel, Hella, and Gefco España, culminating in extensive leadership experience in logistics and supply chain. Educational qualifications include a PDD from IESE Business School, a Master's in Quality Management from Escuela de Organización Industrial, and dual degrees in Agro-food Industries Engineering and Agricultural Business Management from Universidad de León.
