Eric Amar is the Head of Legal for Europe at CEVA Logistics, having transitioned to this role in 2024 after extensive experience in business law over three decades. Previously, Eric held several significant positions, including General Counsel at SDV International Logistics and Bolloré Transport & Logistics, as well as Legal Director at SDV International Logistics, Bolloré Group. Eric has developed expertise in international contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and logistics law, with a particular focus on diverse markets including Africa, the US, and Asia. In addition to practicing law, Eric is involved in academia as a teaching assistant in law at Université Paris Dauphine-PSL and serves as an administrator for AFJE. Eric holds an Advanced Specialized Degree from Université Paris Cité.
