Karen Falsetti

Karen Falsetti has a diverse career in logistics and customs operations spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Top Customer Manager at DHL Global Forwarding since October 2022, Karen also holds a long-term position as Import Operations Brokerage Manager and Licensed Customs House Broker at CEVA Logistics, which has been part of the professional trajectory since 2004. Previous roles include Client Manager at Thomson Reuters, Import Operations Supervisor at EGL Global Logistics, and Import Specialist at Circle International, among others. Karen began the career in 1985 at Tokyo Aircargo Services and has accumulated extensive experience in entry writing and international customer service throughout various organizations. Karen has transitioned to retirement status as of October 2024.
