Vivek Gharat

Vivek Gharat is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at CEVA Logistics since May 2025, Vivek previously held roles including Principal Consultant at HR Shastra Consulting Services, where impactful HR solutions were crafted, and Vice President of HR at Burma Restaurant & Tea Room, managing over 1,000 employees nationwide. Additional experience includes heading HR and Administration at JSM Corporation Pvt. Ltd. and Yusen Logistics (India) Pvt. Ltd., overseeing HR initiatives for workforces of over 900 and 3,500 employees, respectively. Vivek holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Mumbai and a Master’s in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
