Christian Fleischfresser, MBA has a strong background in operations, controlling, and finance. Christian started their career as a Business Analyst at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, where they developed business proposals, analytical models, executive presentations, and market sizing in various industries.
Christian then worked as a Process Development Engineer at Embraer, where they focused on hydromechanical systems and was responsible for ergonomic and accessibility analyses, tooling technical specifications, supplier procurement, and production script development.
After that, Christian joined Sulzer as a Product Engineer, where they designed large, axially split, single and multi-stage pumps for the Oil & Gas, Water, and Energy industries using NX Unigraphics.
Christian then moved to Cevotec, a Munich-based startup, where they initially worked as an MBA Summer Intern. Christian created FP&A logics and tools, defined cost-tracking structures, and developed decision-making tools for project-based costings. As Lead of Operations and Controlling, they became a member of the management board and was responsible for ensuring efficient company operations, implementing organizational changes, and achieving ISO 9001 certification.
In their most recent role at Cevotec as Manager of Operations and Controlling, Christian extended their responsibilities to include finance, marketing, and sales. Christian focused on controlling activities, developed excel-based tools for data collection, and compiled data into financial reports. Christian also handled HR and accounting interfaces with third-party partners.
Christian Fleischfresser, MBA, has a diverse education history. Christian obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP from 2004 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Automotive Engineering - Industrial Processes Management from Politecnico di Torino, from 2007 to 2009.
