Tomás Giesecke has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tomás is currently working as a Team Lead Production Technology at Cevotec since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Giesecke+Devrient Currency Technology from March 2018 to September 2022 as a Solution Engineering Manager.

Tomás also gained valuable experience during their Master Thesis Project at Festo from August 2006 to July 2007, where they successfully designed and modeled an automation process prototype.

Additionally, they completed an internship at Indalum, S.A. DE C.V. in 2006, where they supervised the replacement of machinery and acted as a liaison between local and foreign technicians.

Tomás Giesecke completed their high school education at Colegio Alemán de Santiago - Chile (German High School) from the year 1985 to 1998. In November 1998, they obtained the certification of Deutsches Sprachdiplom Zweite Stufe from Der Kultusministerkonferenz. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree from Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria from 1999 to 2006. Additionally, in the year 2004, Tomás briefly attended the Technical University of Munich, specializing in Automotive Engineering and Automation Engineering, where they earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
