Vasiliki Petrou has extensive experience in the beauty and personal care industry, currently serving as a Non-Executive Board Member at Nexus Brands Group since January 2022 and Chairwoman of CEW UK since April 2016. Previously, Vasiliki held key leadership roles at Unilever from November 2012 to July 2024, including CEO of Unilever Prestige, where Vasiliki was instrumental in creating the division and successfully managing a diverse portfolio. Prior to this, Vasiliki worked at Procter & Gamble from September 1993 to June 2012, notably as Global Managing Director of Max Factor, where Vasiliki drove significant business growth and innovation. Vasiliki holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Columbia Business School and a Master's degree in American Literature and Communications from The University of Texas at Austin.
