Reiner Fageth's work experience includes various roles and responsibilities in different companies. Reiner worked at CEWE Stiftung & Co. KGaA from 1998 onwards, serving as the CTO and Head of R&D since January 2007. Reiner was also the Head of R&D during 2005-2006 and a member of the board at CEWE COLOR HOLDING AG from 2007 to 2013. Additionally, they were involved in overseeing production and investments within the group. Reiner also served as the Chairman of the Executive Board at cewe digital GmbH from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant to the Board (CTO) at CEWE, where they had responsibilities in development and production management. Furthermore, they worked at METEC GmbH as the Head of Hardware and Software Development in 1997 and at Steinbeis Transferzentrum BMS, Heilbronn, as the Deputy Manager from 1990 to 1997.

Reiner Fageth obtained a Dipl. Ing. degree in Electronics from Hochschule Heilbronn - Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Informatik, graduating in 1989. Reiner then pursued further education and completed a PhD in EEEP (Electronics, Electrical Engineering, and Physics) from Northumbria University between 1990 and 1994.
