Erosh Fernando

Erosh Fernando is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently serving at the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) since January 2008. Prior experience includes a role as a Civil Engineer at the Department of Cost Conservation in Sri Lanka for a brief period in late 2007 and as an Engineer at KUMAGAI GUMI CO., LTD. from June 2004 to September 2007. Erosh holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Transport and Highway from the University of Moratuwa (2006-2008), a Master's in Water and Environment from the University of Ruhuna (2021-2023), and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (Hons) from the University of Moratuwa (2000-2004), complemented by foundational education at Mahinda College from 1984 to 1998.
