Chief Engineer- Scada & Process Automation at Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB)

Rangika Jayawardene is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB), holding the position of Chief Engineer in SCADA & Process Automation since July 2010. In this role, Rangika has served as the chief engineer of the Laxapana Power Station and has held various titles, including Acting Chief Engineer and Electrical Engineer focused on instrumentation and control, as well as operations. Prior to CEB, Rangika worked as a Temporary Instructor at the University of Moratuwa. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Engineering, both from the University of Moratuwa, along with foundational education at Holy Cross College Kalutara.
