Natheesan Selvaratnam

Natheesan Selvaratnam has a strong background in engineering and automation. Currently working as Manager-Engineering Innovations at Dilmah Tea, they have experience in utilizing advanced technologies such as Robotics and Industrial 4.0. Previously working at JLanka Power and Energy (Pvt) Ltd, they had roles as an Automation Engineer and Assistant Engineer, where they showcased their expertise in client meetings, project cost forecasting, and R&D activities. As a former laboratory instructor at International College of Business and Technology, they were responsible for scheduling practicals and supporting student engineering projects. Natheesan Selvaratnam is currently pursuing their Master of Business Administration degree in Management of Technology at the University of Moratuwa.
