Nimesh Bodhikotuwa

Nimesh Bodhikotuwa has worked in several companies and held various positions in the field of human resources.

Starting in 2012, they worked as an HR Trainee at Holcim Geocycle.

In 2013, they moved on to CIC Holdings PLC where they served as a Junior Executive in Human Resources until 2016.

From 2016 to 2018, Nimesh worked at Midas Safety Careers as an Executive in Industrial Relations and Administration.

Currently, they are working at Dilmah Tea, where they hold the positions of Assistant Manager Human Resources (2018-2022), Human Resources Development Manager (2022-2023), and Human Resource Manager (from 2023 onwards).
