David W. Summers Jr.

David W. Summers Jr. has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. David W. started their career in 2002 as a Superintendent/Project Manager at C.F Evans Construction, where they worked until 2009. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing projects and managing construction activities.

In 2009, David joined CF Evans Construction as a General Project Manager. In this position, they managed project management and construction administration staff, provided monthly project updates to the management team, and reviewed contracts and change orders.

From 2013 to 2016, David served as Division Manager at CF Evans Construction. As the Division Manager, they were responsible for managing all facets of construction within their division, including preconstruction activities, subcontractor evaluation, and directing the field team to ensure customer satisfaction.

In 2016, David was promoted to Director of Construction at CF Evans Construction, a position they held until 2018. As the Director of Construction, they played a key role in project planning, budgeting, and overseeing the construction process.

Currently, David holds the position of President at CF Evans Construction. As the President, they are responsible for leading the company and ensuring its overall success.

David W. Summers Jr. completed their Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science and Management with a Minor in Business at Clemson University from 1998 to 2002. David W. also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management, with a Minor in Business, during the same period at Clemson University. In terms of additional certifications, David W. Summers Jr. became a Certified Green Professional (CGP) through the National Association of Home Builders in September 2012. David W. also holds a license as a Licensed General Contractor - Georgia - Qualifying Agent from The State of Georgia - LLR, obtained in June 2010, as well as a license as a Licensed General Contractor - Virginia - Qualifying Agent from The State of Virginia - LLR, obtained in March 2010.
