Jorge Cerame

Jorge Cerame is an experienced professional in the field of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and operational excellence, currently serving as EHS Manager at CF Industries since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jorge was a Customer Success Manager at Molex Connected Enterprise Solutions, where responsibilities included deploying the mRegz AirCompliance system to enhance leak detection and emission reduction for refineries and chemical plants. Jorge's tenure at Dow from May 2008 to October 2020 involved significant leadership roles, including overseeing dual teams focused on Environmental Compliance and Operational Excellence across multiple chemical manufacturing plants, as well as orchestrating EH&S networks across global regions. Jorge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
