Roberto Linhares has extensive experience in ticket sales and service, with a focus on revenue generation and customer satisfaction. Roberto began their career as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Inner City Promotions from 2009 to 2011. Roberto then joined CF Montréal (formerly Montreal Impact) where they held various roles, including Senior Director, Ticket Sales, Service & Operations since 2011. In this role, they provided leadership and managed the largest revenue-generating department. Roberto was responsible for developing and executing sales initiatives, managing budgets, and cultivating key relationships with season ticket holders, youth sports associations, school boards, brokers, and suppliers. Additionally, they represented the department in various public communication opportunities. In 2013, Roberto briefly worked at Arsenal FC as a Premium Sales Consultant, focusing on maximizing revenue from premium seating areas.
