Cari Lodge has a strong background in investment management and private equity. Cari began their career at Credit Suisse in 2000, where they worked as a Director for both Credit Suisse and Credit Suisse Strategic Partners. At Credit Suisse Strategic Partners, they focused on originating, evaluating, structuring, and negotiating secondary private equity transactions and co-investments. In 2012, they joined Tulane University as the Director of the Investment Management Office, responsible for managing the university's endowment. In 2013, they became a Managing Director at Commonfund Capital, where they provided customized investment solutions for nonprofits in various sectors.

Cari Lodge attended Hotchkiss from 1987 to 1991 and graduated with a High School Diploma. Cari then pursued their undergraduate studies at Dartmouth College from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained an A.B. degree with a double major in Economics and Government. Later, from 1998 to 2000, they attended Columbia Business School and completed their MBA with a specialization in Finance.
