Brooks Castellaw

As a Partner, Mr. Castellaw focuses on growth and business development across the organization. Duties include, but are not limited to capital raising for CF's series of GP funds, forging new JV equity relationships, property acquisitions, and development site selection. Additionally, Brooks advises CF regarding recruitment and overall operations of the 3rd party management platform. Over the past twelve years, Brooks has worked for local multifamily operators Lane Company and Tribridge Residential, and most recently, as a Senior Director for Greystar Real Estate Partners.

Brooks attended Vanderbilt University where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Human and Organization Development, and also earned a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. He holds a Georgia real estate sales license, in addition to being an active member of ULI and NMHC.
