Hollie Lawing

Hollie Lawing joined us with over 18 years in the multi-family industry. Starting her career in leasing she quickly moved through the community roles and found her passion for the Real Estate market. The majority of her career was with a National Reit in the Dallas Region where she gained heavy experience in dispositions, acquisitions, stabilized assets and value add. In addition, Hollie has taught Real Estate Courses at two local Apartment Associations and has been invited to speak at Regional Association Conferences. Hollie brings a unique experience to the role when she had the opportunity to expand her industry experience while working for YieldStar Advisory Services, a division of RealPage who is a global provider of software for the real estate industry. Assisting over 100k units in revenue management, Hollie gained national experience driving revenue and building owner equity. Ms. Lawing’s expertise is in the analytics of markets, executing revenue growth and developing a team that can thrive in all market conditions.
