Raya Zabalawi

Raya Zabalawi, PMP, currently serves as the Society Operations Manager for the EMEA region at CFA Institute, a position held since December 2018 after advancing from the role of Society Operations Specialist for the MENA region. Prior to this, Raya worked as a Project Manager for the Cultural Program and Communication at Goethe-Institut Gulf Region from March 2016 to December 2018, where also served as a Social Media Manager and Communication and Language Office Administrator. Earlier experience includes teaching mathematics at Repton New English School from September 2011 to January 2016, and an internship in Process and Product Development at Pfizer in 2010. Raya's career began at Zain Telecommunication Company as part of the F.U.N Future University Network from 2007 to 2009. Raya holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Chemical Engineering from German Jordanian University, completed in 2011.
