Tricia Bezek is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as a Global HR Business Partner at CFA Institute since July 2020, Tricia has previously held the position of Recruiting Manager at CoStar Group from May 2017 to March 2020. Prior roles include Director of Recruiting and HR at Shockoe, Recruiting Manager at ICF Next, and Senior Recruiter at ICF Interactive. Tricia began their career as an Executive Recruiter at Hollister, Inc., followed by roles at Venturi Partners and Reveal Global Intelligence, where responsibilities included consulting and full-cycle recruiting.
