Caroline Busby

Caroline Busby, CFA, currently serves as a Board Member and Secretary of the Board on the Executive Committee at CFA Society New York, having been elected for a three-year term beginning in 2023. Since May 2017, Caroline has been a key contributor within the iShares Institutional Bond ETF Team at BlackRock, focusing on strategic initiatives to promote the institutional adoption of bond ETFs. Prior to this, Caroline held various roles at AB from June 2013 to May 2017, including Senior Associate for the Energy Opportunity Fund and as an Opportunistic Finance Associate, where responsibilities encompassed managing private equity fund operations and conducting due diligence on asset-backed transactions.
