Emma Penny is a seasoned executive with expertise in financial services and sustainability, currently serving as Client Director for Acre since September 2022, where leadership in senior level executive searches across EMEA Investment Management is a key responsibility. Emma has been a Vice Chair and committee member for the CFA UK Inclusion & Diversity Committee since December 2016. Previous experience includes a Principal position at Heidrick & Struggles from January 2010 to August 2022, focusing on Investment Management and Sustainability in the EMEA region, along with various roles in research and corporate training since 2001.
