Mathilde Landel-Bernard

Mathilde Landel-Bernard currently serves as the Compensation & Benefits Manager at CFAO since August 2021. Previously, Mathilde held the position of Senior Lead for Compensation and Benefits at Infosys, overseeing programs for 6,000 employees across the Europe Middle East Africa region from 2011 to 2015. Mathilde holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from emlyon business school and has a background in studies from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
