Lap Man Lee

Lap Man Lee is a seasoned Senior Research Engineer at CFD Research Corporation, with a focus on advancing microfluidic technologies and collaborative industry projects, including high throughput microfluidic stem cell sorting and portable medical devices. Previously, as a Research Fellow at the University of Michigan, Lap Man Lee developed innovative microfluidic systems to study single-cell mechanics and cancer cell migration, while also mentoring undergraduate students. Early experience includes serving as a Field Applications Engineer at KLA-Tencor, where responsibilities included certification and issue tracking for electronic beam review tools. Lap Man Lee holds a Ph.D. in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Caltech and a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
