Pavan Patel

Pavan Patel is a Research Engineer at CFD Research Corporation, specializing in combustion and propulsion research since June 2022. Prior to this role, Pavan served as a Graduate Research Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology's Computational Combustion Lab from January 2019 to July 2022, focusing on combustion computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and conducting large eddy simulation (LES) studies on multi-injector GCH4/GOX rocket engines. In addition, Pavan gained experience as a Quality Control Engineering Intern at Magna International in the summer of 2017. Pavan holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology (2021-2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the same institution (2017-2020).
