Laurence Gnonlonfoun

Laurence Gnonlonfoun currently serves as Déléguée nationale at CFE-CGC, engaging in missions related to elected officials and mandates in connection with the 2022 ANI paritarisme, while representing CFE CGC at the social dialogue laboratory of the Jean Jaurès Foundation. Previously, Laurence spent nearly 30 years at Fnac in various roles, culminating in the position of Chargé de mission for the Rhône Alpes region, overseeing a team of nine in commercial operations and successfully managing a store relocation and business revival project. Additional responsibilities included management of editorial product departments with extensive oversight across a wide geographical area. Prior experience includes significant departmental management positions at Auchan and Printemps, focusing on training and recruitment in retail environments. Laurence's educational background includes a DESS in business law and international commerce from the Institut de Droit des affaires at Université d'Aix-Marseille, along with a Master’s degree in international law and development.
