Michael Marchand has extensive experience in legal management and education. Since August 2008, Michael has served as a legal executive at Délégation Unédic AGS, leading a team of six jurists specializing in business law and social law. Concurrently, Michael has been an instructor at the Faculty of Law, Politics and Economics-University of Lille since September 2009, teaching collective procedure law. In addition, Michael holds the position of advisor to the labor court in Lille and is the secretary general of CFE CGC Hauts de France, alongside active roles in various union capacities. Prior professional experiences include collaboration at a judicial mandate firm, where responsibilities involved legal representation and recovery of debts, as well as teaching administrative and constitutional law at Université de Picardie Jules Verne. Michael's educational qualifications include multiple advanced degrees in law and political science from various reputable institutions, including a Master 2 in Business Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
