Fanny Carayon

Fanny Carayon has extensive experience in the field of human resources and labor relations. Currently serving as Déléguee Syndicale Centrale for the Confédération Française de l'Encadrement - Confédération Générale des Cadres at Adecco since July 2008, Fanny also holds titles such as Directeur d'agence and Directeur multi-sites, overseeing management and business development in the Sud de l'Eure et Loir region. In addition, Fanny works as a Négociatrice de Branche for the Commission Paritaire Permanente de Négociation et d'Interprétation since 2020 and has held positions as an Administrator for FAF.TT and Expert for the Commission Paritaire Nationale pour l'Emploi.
